PAYMENT TRANSPARENCY

Payments & Refunds

What a top-up buys, how verification works, and what must be finalised before live collections.

01

What you purchase

Top-ups add prepaid service credit after verification. Estimated minutes depend on resolution and destinations. Credit is not a subscription, a bank deposit or a promise of cash withdrawal. A successful payment does not activate pending features.

02

Verification and credit delivery

Razorpay handles checkout. HTNM StreamHub checks payment against the stored order before crediting your account. Pending, failed and unverified payments are not successful top-ups. If your balance does not update, retain order and payment references rather than repeatedly paying again.

03

Test-mode checkout

Checkout marked Test Mode is a simulation, not a live charge. Test balances are not settled real-money payments. Live collection and paid-stream controls need verification before commercial operation.

04

Refund and cancellation status

The operator must approve eligibility, used and unused-credit treatment, request deadlines and processing timelines before accepting live payments. There is no approved automatic-refund flow. Duplicate charges, missing credits and disputed payments require review; this draft does not prejudge legal entitlement.

05

Payment enquiries

Keep the account email, order ID, payment ID, date, amount and a description of the issue. Never send card details. A verified merchant support contact remains pending. Razorpay processes payments, but refund eligibility must be defined by the service operator. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
