Scope of these terms
These draft terms describe access to HTNM StreamHub, operated by HTNM StreamHub. Use an account only if authorised, including authority to act for any organisation you represent. The operator’s registered address, jurisdiction and verified contact details are pending; this is not a completed commercial agreement.
What the service provides
HTNM StreamHub organises independent events, connection details, destinations, graphics and prepaid balances. The current ingest workflow needs a source encoder or compatible feed. Cloud-rendered graphics require an activated rendering pipeline; editor placement alone does not change a raw relay. Planned, preview and pending features are not promises of present availability.
Accounts and credentials
Keep sign-in credentials and stream keys confidential. Only connect channels you are authorised to manage. Verify the event and destinations before transmitting. Do not share private credentials to bypass account limits. Report suspected unauthorised activity through the verified support channel once published.
Credits, minutes and subscriptions
A top-up purchases prepaid service credit. Minutes shown are estimates for a selected resolution and destination count, not a fixed duration for every setup. Top-ups do not automatically activate subscriptions, increase destination limits or unlock planned features.
Credit follows server-side verification, not just a checkout success message. Test-mode payments are not real-money collections. Automatic usage metering and cutoff remain pending; paid broadcasting activation is gated until those controls are ready. Review the rate card before paying.
Cancellations and refunds
The operator has not approved a commercial refund window, unused-credit policy or processing timeline. This draft establishes neither a blanket non-refundable rule nor a 14-day money-back guarantee. See Payments & Refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content ownership and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your content and authorise processing and transmission necessary for your chosen workflow. Obtain permissions for music, footage, brands and participants, including required recording consent. HTNM StreamHub does not obtain those rights on your behalf.
Availability and external services
Source quality, network stability, platform restrictions and provider availability affect output. These draft terms provide no guaranteed uptime, latency, resolution or uninterrupted broadcast. Destinations may reject signals independently. Test before an event and arrange a suitable fallback for important broadcasts.
Restrictions and account closure
Unlawful use, credential abuse or interference may require restrictions while investigated. Follow the Terms of Use. Deleting a stream does not automatically close an account or erase payment records. A verified closure and dispute process must be established before commercial launch.
Legal rights and updates
No jurisdiction, arbitration clause, liability cap or indemnity is selected without operator approval. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain intact. Final commercial terms and material changes should be available before users purchase or accept the affected service.
